  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or message.

  • Accurate vehicle details (registration, tyre size, location) must be provided at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to amend pricing if incorrect information is supplied.

  • An appointment time is an estimated arrival window, not a guaranteed exact time due to traffic and emergency workload.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices will be confirmed before dispatch where possible.

  • Prices may vary depending on tyre size, vehicle type, location, and time (including out-of-hours services).

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept approved payment methods as advised at booking.

Failure to make payment may result in legal recovery action.

4. Call-Out Fee Policy

Please note that a fixed call-out fee of £49.99 applies to all mobile tyre fitting appointments. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a technician to your location and is payable regardless of whether any additional work is carried out.

The call-out charge ensures we can provide a fast, reliable, and fully equipped mobile service directly to your home, workplace, or roadside location.

If you have any questions about our call-out policy, please contact us before booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched, the call-out fee remains payable.

  • Tyres ordered specifically for your vehicle may be non-refundable once purchased from suppliers.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible working area.

  • Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and secure.

  • Declare any locking wheel nut keys are available (where applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.

7. Tyre Repairs

Puncture repairs will only be carried out if:

If a tyre is deemed unsafe, replacement will be recommended.

8. Warranty

  • New tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Our workmanship is covered for a reasonable period following installation.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, road hazards, improper inflation, or accidental damage.

  • Payment terms are not agreed.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only for booking, service delivery, and invoicing purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where legally required.
